Valentine's Day Dessert - Simple Recipes for Everyone!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 egg yolk,
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
  • 500g mascarpone,
  • 6 oblong sponge cakes,
  • 250 g strawberries,
  • 125 g blueberries,
  • 125 g raspberries,
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar,
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice.

Recipe for Tiramisu with forest fruits

  1. Cut the fruit into smaller pieces and pour them into a bowl. Pour lime juice over them, sweetening with cane sugar.
  2. Boil until the fruit falls apart and the mixture thickens. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a separate bowl, scald the eggs in boiling water, then separate the yolks from the whites.
  4. Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the mascarpone one spoon at a time and mix thoroughly.
  5. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and add to the resulting mass.
  6. In dessert cups, crumble one sponge cake onto the bottom. Add the prepared frużelina alternately, then the egg mass.
  7. Decorate with fruit and chill for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!

In February, one of the seasonal fruits is definitely the apple. And when an apple comes to mind, the first thing that comes to mind is a fragrant apple pie with custard. Adding spices like cinnamon, cardamom, or cloves to it and serving it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream will definitely take you to heaven.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups of wheat flour,
  • 250 g butter,
  • 3 teaspoons of powdered sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar,
  • 1 egg, 4 yolks,
  • 1.5 kg of apples,
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered spices: cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg,
  • 2 vanilla puddings,
  • 1 liter of milk.

Recipe for apple pie with pudding

  1. Mix the sifted flour with the chopped butter, egg and yolk. While mixing, gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. From the resulting ingredients, knead the dough until it forms a compact mass.
  2. Cut them in half, then place them in plastic bags and put them in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  3. Peel and grate the apples.
  4. Add the spice mixture to them along with the cane sugar.
  5. Place the resulting mass in a pan and fry until the water evaporates. Set aside to cool.
  6. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil and mix with the pudding. Reduce the heat and heat slowly, stirring, until it starts to boil again. Set aside to cool.
  7. Line a baking tin with baking paper. Grate half of the dough on a grater with large holes. Place in an oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for about 15 minutes.
  8. Then add the roasted apples and then the pudding.
  9. Grate the remaining dough over the top and place back in the oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for approx. 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Sprinkle the finished apple pie with powdered sugar and spices. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 4 pears, 500 ml dry red wine,
  • 100 g cane sugar,
  • 1 cinnamon stick,
  • 2 cloves,
  • 4 sticks of anise,
  • Orange peel,
  • half a vanilla pod.

Preparation

  1. Peel the pears, leaving the stems on.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the wine to a boil with the sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Also add the freshly grated orange peel, half a vanilla pod and the anise.
  3. Add the pears and simmer for 20-25 minutes, turning them occasionally. Monitor the firmness of the pears continuously.
  4. When the fruit is ready, remove it from the marinade.
  5. Cook the left broth for another 20/30 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  6. Strain the wine from the spices and pour over the pears. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Enjoy!
