Statute

1. The Consumer purchasing the Product in the Online Store has the option to withdraw from the agreement concluded with the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Product or its personal collection, without incurring any costs other than the direct costs of return. The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous sentence may be exercised by submitting an appropriate declaration in writing, and in order to meet the deadline specified in the previous sentence, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry to the address indicated in point 1.4.1. The declaration of withdrawal may be made using the form, which constitutes an annex to the Regulations, and is also sent to the Consumer in the confirmation of conclusion of the agreement referred to in point 2.11. or together with the sent Product.

2. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall return to the Consumer all payments made, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by us) within 14 days of receiving the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has agreed to another method of return that does not involve any costs for him. If the Consumer has chosen the method of payment provided for in point 3.2.4. or 3.2.5. the payment will be returned, with the consent and depending on the Consumer's choice, to the bank account indicated by him or by postal order to the address indicated by him. The form of consent to the return of payment by bank transfer, which is an annex to the Regulations, is sent to the Consumer in the confirmation of the conclusion of the contract referred to in 2.11. or together with the sent Product.

3. The Seller may withhold the refund of payments received from the Consumer until the Seller receives the returned goods or until the Consumer provides proof of sending them back, depending on which event occurs first.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer shall return the Product within 14 days of withdrawal . The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product.

4. The right of withdrawal referred to in point 5.1. does not apply to the Consumer in the cases specified in art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 ( Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) , in particular when the Product is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Buyer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs (e.g. a bag personalized by the Buyer).
