  • Boil 2 liters of water, then add the washed wheat to it,
  • cook until wheat is soft, then drain excess water and set aside to cool.

Step 3: prepare the remaining ingredients

  • wash raisins in warm water and drain,
  • prepare syrup from 100 ml of water and sugar,
  • dissolve the honey and fry the orange peel.

Step 4: Combining Ingredients

  • mix poppy seeds, wheat, honey and sugar syrup,
  • add dried fruit such as raisins, walnuts and almonds,
  • season everything with vanilla sugar.

Step 5: Cooling and Serving

  • leave the kutia to cool, preferably for the whole next day,
  • Serve kutia cold, it can also be topped with milk or cream.
